We meet monthly, on the first Thursday, at 7:30pm, in the North Building, All Saints Church, Little Shelford (see map). We have a speaker and/or activity, refreshments and chat. Guests welcome!

A talk by nutritionist, Susan Krueger, about how to eat healthily and share some interesting facts about nutrition, diets and our bodies.

Nov 2nd   Vanessa Mann – It’s On The Cards – The Postcard Tweets of the Edwardians

Vanessa specialised in tracing details of the recipients and senders of Edwardian postcards she has found and often manages to reunite the cards with the descendants of those involved.

Jan 4th   Andy Malcolm – The True price of Fish and Chips

Andy will talk about the history and work of The Fisherman’s Mission Charity, the life of a UK trawlerman, the history and trivia of fish & chips, as well as sea shanties, sea poetry and a quick fishy quiz.

Feb 1 – Helen Underwood, White Cottage Bakery, Kingston

Helen has an award-winning, artisan, micro-bakery, producing  hand-crafted loaves from the finest natural ingredients. She’ll be talking about the types of bread she produces and how she makes them.
